Shaylene is a native of Ridgefield and is a licensed Realtor in both CT and NY. The area’s that she services are: Bethel, Brookfield, Danbury, New Fairfield, New Milford, Newtown, Redding, Ridgefield, Sherman, Wilton areas of CT and Dutchess, Putnam and Westchester Counties of NY.
Shaylene has been involved in all aspects of Neumann Real Estate since the early 1990’s where she has been in-charge of all of the companies financial responsibilities, she has been the Manager of IT Services and has also headed up their Relocation Department.
She loves what she does and is very good at it, but she believes that balance is the key to her success. She enjoys riding her horse Lucy that she keeps in Pawling, NY, boating on Candlewood Lake, sailing in Cape Cod and skiing. Her children Michael and Tracy enjoy joining her in those activities and she takes time off every chance she gets to build those relationships with those she is closest to. “It’s not good for the body or soul to have an unbalanced life. My family keeps me grounded and focused on the things that really matter in this world”.
